Secure Access & Care Management for Existing LiteWell Patients. Welcome back. This page is the central starting point for existing LiteWell patients to access secure care tools, manage appointments, review labs, and communicate with the care team. LiteWell uses a secure patient portal (DocVilla) for patient communications and care management. To protect your privacy, medical details are not shared through the public LiteWell website.
For scheduling and appointment details, use the patient portal to:
– View upcoming visits
– Confirm appointment times
– Access visit instructions
For clinical questions, follow-ups, or updates to your care plan, use the portal messaging feature.
If your clinician ordered labs or you’ve completed testing, results may be available in your portal and reviewed during follow-up visits.
Billing statements and payment management, when applicable, are accessed through the portal.
